AJC: Schultz Predicts Loss by 14

Yikes.  That would be 2 straight weeks.  I don't see it that way and my preview will be available tomorrow morning.

Georgia St. at South Alabama: South Alabama has won seven games by an average score of 44-7. I guess Tuscaloosa will be a step down for the Panthers. This week, they go down by two TDs.

AJC: ODU by a TD

Ouch.  And I was just starting to like Jeff Schultz. Oh well, he thinks we lose on the road.  I hope he's wrong and I think he is.  Check my preview tomorrow.

AJC: Panthers Win by 8

N.C. Central at Georgia State: The first-year Panthers play their sixth home game in seven weeks. Just resting their legs before shocking the world in Tuscaloosa! (Go with it.) GSU covers 8.

More good work by Jeff Schultz.  AJC Link

AJC: Panthers Win by 6

Congrats to Jeff Schultz for nailing the score last week vs. Campbell.  He's predicting another W for the home team this week:

"Morehead State at G-State: The first Homecoming week included the pageantry of a golf cart parade through the concrete campus. It was a success — none of the carts got booted. This is what I know about Morehead State: They went 2-6-1 even with Phil Simms at quarterback. Panthers by 6."

Check out the rest of his weekend predictions and pretty funny comments.  AJC Link

AJC: Weekend Predictions: 'G-State Goes Down'

Jax State at G-State: The Panthers make their Weekend Predictions debut. Attendance dropped from 30,237 in the opener to 12,647 in game two. You would’ve thought they were showing a WNBA game at halftime. There are no official point spreads on Georgia State games yet but I know this much: Jacksonville State’s pretty good (ask Houston Nutt). The G goes down by two TDs.
